General Aircon Servicing

  • Clean and wash filters and cover
  • Clean blower wheel (if required)
  • Clean drain pan
  • Vacuum drain pipe
  • Vacuum evaporator fin
  • Chemical wash evaporator fin
  • Check all safety circuits
  • Check for noise problem
  • Lubricate all motor parts (if require)
  • Check refrigerant level
  • Test and commission unit

 

Chemical Wash

  • Dismantle electronic control and drainage device
  • Chemical clean and wash of fan coil and parts
  • Vacuuming of drainage system
  • Check refrigerant level and topping up of refrigerant (R-22) gas (limited to 10 pressure point per system)
  • Check control and thermostats
  • Test and commission unit

 

 Chemical Overhaul

  • Dismantle of fan coil unit
  • Dismantle electronic control and drainage device
  • Chemical clean and wash of fan coil unit and parts
  • Chemical flushing of drainage system
  • Check refrigerant level and topping up of refrigerant (R-22) gas (limited to 10 pressure point per system)
  • Check control and thermostats
  • Test and commission system
